Kyle Warren is an Associate Attorney with Tao Rossini, APC, where his practice focuses on construction law, workplace safety and Cal/OSHA defense, and the representation of public agencies and private businesses in complex litigation and regulatory matters. Mr. Warren has substantial experience advising and representing clients in construction-related disputes, including mechanics' liens, stop payment notices, payment bond claims, breach of contract matters, and other claims arising from public and private construction projects.

His practice includes advising public agencies and private employers on responding to workplace incidents, navigating Cal/OSHA investigations and inspections, defending against regulatory citations, and addressing serious and willful misconduct claims. He works closely with clients to assess potential liability, develop effective defense strategies, and resolve complex legal and regulatory challenges.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Warren worked in various capacities for political campaigns, school districts, and nonprofit organizations throughout the country. As a former educator, he brings a unique understanding of the operational and legal challenges facing public agencies, particularly school districts. During his time teaching at a Title I school, Mr. Warren developed and implemented data-driven instructional strategies that resulted in a 200% increase in students passing the state mathematics competency examination.

While attending the University of California, Irvine School of Law, Mr. Warren participated in the Community Economic Development Clinic, where he assisted small businesses and nonprofit organizations with legal counseling, contract review, and litigation support.

Drawing on his diverse professional background and extensive experience handling construction disputes, workplace safety matters, and public agency litigation, Mr. Warren is committed to providing strategic, practical, and effective legal representation tailored to the needs of his clients.

Education

Mr. Warren graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in both Mathematics and Political Science from the University of San Diego in 2012. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Irvine School of Law in 2021.
