Carolyn “Jiyoung” Park is an associate with Tao Rossini, APC. Ms. Park primarily represents school districts, public entities, and contractors in matters related to facilities planning, construction, statutory interpretation, and the resolution of disputes arising from public works construction projects. Her experience includes litigation in civil and administrative law, arbitration, mediation, and advising on a variety of legal matters. Her previous work includes representing public sector labor unions and union members in arbitrations, assisting small businesses in transactional matters, and consulting on a variety of policy matters for political campaigns.

Ms. Park has devoted a considerable amount of time to civic engagement, sustainability, and pro bono matters. She was an elected Silver Lake Neighborhood Council Governing Board Member, and served on the Urban Design, Green, and Transportation committees. Ms. Park also served as a Liaison to the Neighborhood Council Sustainability Alliance. She volunteered with A New Way of Life’s Reentry Clinic to assist formerly incarcerated people in obtaining gainful employment.

Ms. Park is admitted to State Bar of California and U.S. District Court, Central District of California.

Education

Ms. Park received her Bachelor of Arts in History from Tulane University and her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School.
